For the allocation of the apartments, we adhere to the Housing rules of the municipality of Rijswijk Based on local Housing Regulations (‘Huisvestingsverordening”), the Accommodation is exclusively reserved for use as a residence by persons forming a single household Apartments are allocated to the most suitable candidate based on the set income requirement, registration period, housing preferences, availability and positive financial check and the so-called "World Check".

All interior walls in the apartments are finished with renovation fleece wallpaper, with tiling applied in the bathroom and toilet. The floors are fitted with PVC. The apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen including built-in appliances such as a dishwasher, fridge, combi microwave/oven, hob and storage space. The bathroom is also fully finished and ready for use from handover.
